Operating 24x7 with highly trained engineers and technicians, the NOC is the cornerstone of all monitoring, control, problem tracking, remote management and problem resolution in supporting D2D Web Hosting's Dedicated and Managed Servers.

A robust and redundant HVAC design supports the cooling load required to maintain an optimum temperature of 68F +/- 2F and strict humidity levels. The air is continuously filtered using semiconductor clean room grade HEPA filters.

The HVAC air is circulated under 18" raised flooring and perforated tiles in specific patterns.

N+1 redundancy is deployed for the HVAC's. There are 14 operational units with 2 backups in stand-by in case one of the units is in maintenance or failure.

Built to N+1 redundancy the power system is designed to provide continuous filtered power to the servers with protection against brownouts, blackouts, power strikes, and other electrical events. The power system is comprised of multiple levels of UPS's, diesel backup generators, batteries and a sophisticated switching architecture.

Fire Protection is a three-step process of fire prevention, fire detection and fire suppression with a highly redundant quadrant controlled sprinkler system as defined by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).

Onsite security is 24x7x365. Closed circuit television monitors key entrances and all movement in the facility. Combination photo card and access card secures access to and from quadrants in the facility.
